You earn 3% back from your very first service. Hit $1,000 annual spend → 5%. $5,000 → 8%. $10,000 → 12%. $25,000 → 16%. When you cross a tier, you get retroactive credits on all prior spending that year at the new rate.

Yes, tiers reset each calendar year. Earned credits carry forward (24-month expiration) but your tier starts fresh.

For licensed trade services, we dispatch a licensed contractor for a flat diagnostic fee ($69–99). The contractor diagnoses the issue and quotes the repair on the spot. Approve or decline — no obligation. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived. You pay the repair cost directly to the contractor upon completion.

Report the issue from your dashboard or call us. We send a replacement contractor at no charge. Your feedback directly impacts the contractor’s standing in the network — low-scoring contractors are removed.

Yes. Once you’ve had a great experience, you can rebook the same contractor for the same service directly from your dashboard with one tap.

Select the service and frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly). Autopay, same contractor each visit. You can manage, pause, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. No contracts. No cancellation fees.

For most property services (cleaning, lawn care, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc.) you do not need to be home — simply provide access instructions in your account. For licensed trade diagnostics (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing), we recommend being home for the diagnosis and quote conversation.

You pay the contractor directly for every service, just like hiring any other professional. For property services, you pay upon completion at the published network rate. For licensed trade repairs, you pay the diagnostic fee upfront and the repair cost upon completion when you approve it. Recurring plans are billed directly by your assigned contractor on your chosen schedule.
