What does TradeWorks One cost?
Nothing. Zero platform fee, zero per-unit fee, zero per-job fee. You pay contractors directly for services — no markup from TradeWorks. The platform, booking system, portal, and team access are all free.
How is this free?
Contractors in our TradeWorks Select network pay a small monthly membership fee for access to confirmed work orders. That’s our revenue. You’re our client, not our revenue source — so our only incentive is keeping you happy with the contractors you book.
How do you compare to Property Meld or Lula?
Property Meld = software only, $1.60/unit/month, bring your own vendors. Lula = vendor network, 150+ unit minimum, per-job pricing. TradeWorks One = vendors + booking + portal, $0/month, no minimum unit count. We give you everything they give you separately — plus the contractors — for $0.
