Stop Chasing Leads. Start Receiving Work Orders.

Apply once, get vetted, and receive confirmed work orders from property managers and homeowners — no marketing, no bidding, no chasing.

Confirmed work orders, not leads

Scope, schedule, and access are already approved. You show up to a job that’s already yours — no selling, no closing.

Keep 100% of every invoice

You invoice each client directly. No per-job fees, no percentages, no deductions. Your flat monthly membership is your only cost.

One pro per order — no bidding

When a work order lands in your queue, you’re the only contractor on it. No racing competitors to the bottom on price.

The Math

A Single Work Order Covers the Whole Month

For every band, one job from the network covers your entire monthly membership — everything after that is profit with zero acquisition cost.

FAQ

Questions About TradeWorks Select

How much does it cost?

Five bands by trade: $29 / $49 / $69 / $99 / $129+ per month, based on the typical homeowner spend in your trade. Unlimited work orders, no per-job fees. One membership covers every approved category within your band; mixed trades pay the highest applicable band. Introductory launch pricing — early members lock in the best rate.

How is this different from Thumbtack or Angi?

Three differences: (1) confirmed work orders, not leads, (2) no bidding — no per-lead fees, (3) flat monthly membership ($29–$129+, 5 bands) vs. $15–85 per shared lead. Thumbtack costs $200–800/month for shared leads that might not convert. TradeWorks costs the 5-band membership ($29–$129+) for unlimited work.

How do I get paid?

You invoice the PM or homeowner directly for every job. For Rate Card work orders (routine property services), you invoice at the network rate you agreed to during onboarding. For NTE and Quote Request work orders, you set your own rate. Either way, TradeWorks handles booking — you handle billing.

Do I keep 100% of what I invoice?

Every dollar. TradeWorks never invoices your clients, never touches your payments, and never takes a cut. You invoice the PM or homeowner directly at your own rate. Your membership is your only cost.

What if a work order is cancelled?

It costs you nothing extra. Your monthly membership covers the network regardless.

What are the three work order types?

Rate Card (~70%): pre-priced routine work, no quoting. NTE (~20%): break-fix with a budget cap. Quote Request (~10%): major projects through a 1–2 contractor closed process. All included in your membership.

Where do work orders come from?

Two sources: property managers through TradeWorks One for Property Managers, and homeowners through TradeWorks One for Homeowners. One membership, two demand streams.

How does TradeWorks make money on a $29–$129+ membership?

Membership fees from our contractor network are our revenue. We don't take a cut of your work, don't invoice your clients, and don't mark up your rates. Simple, transparent, and aligned with your success.

Will the pricing change?

This is introductory launch pricing. It will adjust as work order volume grows. Early members who join at today's 5-band rates ($29–$129+) lock in the best rate.

Already a TradeWorks AI marketing client?

Even better. Select is separate. Your marketing drives your own leads; Select sends additional work. See our digital marketing services.

Do I need a license for every service?

Not for unlicensed categories. Licensed trades require DBPR (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing) or FDACS (pest control).

Can I join for multiple categories?

Yes. One membership covers every approved category within your band. If your trades fall in different bands, you pay the highest applicable band.

Can I decline a work order?

Yes. But high acceptance and fast response earn you priority booking.
