Refund Policy

Subscriptions

TradeWorks AI services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. You can cancel at any time; your service remains active through the end of the current paid term.

Setup Fees

We charge an initial setup fee to configure your agent, knowledge base, workflows, and integrations. Clients who subscribe annually receive a 50% discount on the initial setup fee. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once configuration work begins.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
• Annual plans: Prepaid annual fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days. If canceled within 14 days, we'll refund the unused portion minus any setup or onboarding work completed.
• Add-ons & usage: Per-use charges (e.g., minutes/interactions) and pass-through third-party costs are non-refundable once incurred.

Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrades: Additional features or higher allowances are available immediately; charges are prorated for the current period.
• Downgrades: Changes take effect at the next renewal to avoid disrupting service.

Cancellations

You can cancel from your account or by contacting us at [email protected]. Services remain active through the end of the paid term. Data export assistance is available upon request.

Third-Party Services
