• Integrations: If you connect your calendar (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook) or CRM to TradeWorks AI, we collect appointment availability and contact details necessary to sync schedules and book meetings.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To operate the Virtual Assistant, answer calls, transact SMS messages, and schedule appointments on your behalf.

TradeWorks AI integrates with Google services (such as Google Calendar) to provide scheduling and calendar synchronization features. This section describes how we handle data obtained through Google APIs.

• Calendar Data: We access your Google Calendar to view availability, create appointments, and sync scheduling information as directed by you.

B. How We Use Google Data

• Providing Core Functionality: Google data is used strictly to provide user-facing features you have requested, such as scheduling appointments and syncing calendars with our AI Receptionist service.

C. Restrictions on Google Data Use

We strictly adhere to the following restrictions regarding Google user data:

• No Advertising: Google user data is never used to serve advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
• No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services (e.g., cloud hosting providers under strict data protection agreements) or as required by law.
• No Secondary Uses: Google data is not used for purposes unrelated to the core functionality of our Services.

E. Revoking Access

You may revoke TradeWorks AI's access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account permissions settings. Upon revocation, we will delete your Google data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

We respect your data privacy. We do not sell your personal information. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:
